Reminders

We are having a great week in first grade! In math, students have been practicing and improving their addition skills, using various hands-on and paper and pencil activities. In science, we have been talking about healthy choices, which will be culminated with our field trip next Wednesday to the Ruth Lilly Center. And in writing, students have been working on a story about their recent trip to the library.

Just a few reminders:

1. Library books are due on Monday.

2. Don't forget to send $3.00 by Monday with your child for the field trip cost.

3. As the weather is changing, make sure your child is dressed appropriately to go outside for recess.

4. Daily snacks are encouraged for your child.
